Our Partnerships division has extensive experience working with Registered Providers (RPs) and Local Authorities to deliver affordable housing solutions across the East and West Midlands.

Our Experience

Testimony to this is our selection onto numerous housing delivery frameworks and our appointment onto the Homes and Communities Agency’s own ‘Delivery Partner Panel’.
We have considerable experience in delivering schemes to exacting design requirements including Code for Sustainable Homes level 5, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design, HCA standards and Wheelchair Homes Design guidelines.
