No Melvin Bone are you joking you want to be woke up and 04:00 a.m. in the morning with spliting, on mobile phones and shouting and slamming cars doors and then they return at 04:45 a.m. standing on the corner of the street corner again shouting and spliting on the street no I am not joking.. Want to hear them return at 12:00 p.m. again waking people up with spliting, on mobile phones and long conversation on the street corner in own language with raised voices its no joke and it goes on every day morning noon and night.
Again want to hear what the Housing Association sayes instead of senting out a polite letter asking to consider they time and neighbour sleeping and get up for work. Telling us nothing it can do because on a adopted road. So we approached the local radio station and moque leaders. Might has well spoke to a brick wall. -

Thanks Anony - yes check and re check and re wrote - I and always looking for ways to improve. I spoke to the Manager of the Job Centre to get any of all of the work trails to me but nothing seems to be working.
Melvin - I sorry I do not understand. I worked all my life but my children wanted to come back down to London - I was looking forward to it - I didn't expected to be unemployed for such a long time. I busy helping others. I know my children have no got in free of charge I can assurance you.
Well perhap I have the Housing Association at my door asking me to downsize - Where's the roof -
I tell you something it not a nice feeling being out of work. The jobcentre seem useless these days. I sent off my CV to them and keep chasing and other's.

yuppiemp? in London this is what it is only Yuppies in London all the poor can go back to Union Work Houses. Like Job Centre where all the one's claiming benefit getting the work expierence. Well long term unemployed got no chance - I sent six to eight cv off each day and I not got one interview.
My children off to University next year - so what the hell am I suppose to do. Show me the roof and jump off.
I cannot feed myself now and skip meal's to pay my bill's and I sit here many a day with a empty stomach.
I doing a lot for my community and totally involved in helping other's.
Get some real person in government whom understand.
I bet stress related problems up this year and more and more going to the doctor's. -

Hi Tom our Housing Association extended the Gas Safety to the leaseholder's to have the service at a reducted cost. I am also concerned that the one whom bought property's next door to our Resident whom check them out and again with Leaseholder and Shared Ownership whom have rented out the accommodation, we total our Housing Association our concerns for our Resident's. I suggested again ask them to take up the offer to use our Gas Safety Team. I ask them to on pass our concerns to the Leaseholder/Shared Ownership Group's Chair - but again no one confirmed what intention our?

If you have not signed the Constitution and Code of Conduct under a Tenants and Resident Association. Can the Chair and a small per cent of Committee Member's ask another Committee Member to leave with no just cause. Is the Chair another to call a meeting with only a small per cent of the members and come to a decised without all Committee Members voting.
Is this bad practice by the Involvement Management Team of a Housing Association
